| 13 | 13 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 14 | 14 | | SECTION 1. Section 232.094, Local Government Code, is |

| 15 | 15 | | amended to read as follows: |

| 16 | 16 | | Sec. 232.094. FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE. (a) The commissioners |

| 17 | 17 | | court of a county may require each [A] member of the planning |

| 18 | 18 | | commission to [shall] file a financial disclosure report in the |

| 19 | 19 | | same manner as required for county officers under Subchapter B, |
