| 13 | 13 | Regular Session, 2011, is amended to read as follows: | |
| 14 | 14 | (c) The notice and right to cure provisions in this section | |
| 15 | 15 | do not apply if the reason for termination is for any reason stated | |
| 16 | 16 | in Sections 57.154(a)(2)-(11) [57.154(a)(1)-(11)]. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2013. |
