77 relating to the delivery of alcoholic beverage seller training

99 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
1010 SECTION 1. Section 106.14, Alcoholic Beverage Code, is
1111 amended by adding Subsection (b-1) to read as follows:
1212 (b-1) The commission may not deny the approval of a seller
1313 training program on the ground that the program presents the
1414 information using only an audiovisual recording.
1515 SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives
1616 a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as
1717 provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this
1818 Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this
1919 Act takes effect September 1, 2013.
