| 13 | 13 | SECTION 1. Section 130.182, Education Code, is amended to | |

| 15 | 15 | Sec. 130.182. HOUSTON COMMUNITY COLLEGE SYSTEM DISTRICT | |
| 16 | 16 | SERVICE AREA. The service area of the Houston Community College | |

| 18 | 18 | (1) the Houston, Alief, Katy, Spring Branch, and North | |
| 19 | 19 | Forest independent school districts; | |
