| 14 | 14 | | Session, 1999 (Article 5190.14, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes), is |

| 15 | 15 | | amended to read as follows: |

| 16 | 16 | | (4) "Event" means a Super Bowl, a National Collegiate |

| 17 | 17 | | Athletic Association Final Four tournament game, the National |

| 18 | 18 | | Basketball Association All-Star Game, the National Hockey League |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | All-Star Game, the Major League Baseball All-Star Game, a game of |

| 20 | 20 | | the National Collegiate Athletic Association Bowl Championship |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | Series or its successor or a National Collegiate Athletic |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | Association Division I Football Bowl Subdivision postseason |

| 23 | 23 | | playoff or championship game, a World Cup Soccer game, the World |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | Games, a national collegiate championship of an amateur sport |

| 35 | 35 | | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives |

| 36 | 36 | | a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this |
|---|
| 39 | 39 | | Act takes effect September 1, 2013. |
