The bill would amend the Insurance Code relating to health insurance identification cards issued by qualified health plan issuers.Based on information provided by the Texas Department of Insurance, Teacher Retirement System, University of Texas System Administration, Employees Retirement System, and Texas A&M University System Administration, it is assumed that all duties and responsibilities necessary to implement the provisions of the bill could be accomplished within existing resources.  Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
