| 9 | 9 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Section 118.0145, Local Government Code, is | |
| 11 | 11 | amended by adding Subsection (c) to read as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | (c) A county clerk shall reduce the fee provided in Section | |
| 13 | 13 | 118.011 to 10 cents for issuing a noncertified copy of a page or a | |
| 14 | 14 | portion of a page of a document if the document is: | |
| 15 | 15 | (1) a proposed or adopted county budget; | |
| 16 | 16 | (2) any comprehensive annual financial report of the | |
| 17 | 17 | county; | |
| 18 | 18 | (3) any notice of a regular meeting of the | |
| 19 | 19 | commissioners court; or | |
| 20 | 20 | (4) any regular meeting agenda of the commissioners | |
| 21 | 21 | court. | |
| 22 | 22 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
