The bill relates to a requirement that public institutions of higher education provide certain information to students and school districts regarding student performance on Texas Success Initiative assessment instruments. This analysis assumes that any costs for institutions of higher education to implement the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within current resources. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
