| 11 | 11 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 12 | 12 | | SECTION 1. Subchapter B, Chapter 225, Transportation Code, |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | is amended by adding Section 225.109 to read as follows: |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | Sec. 225.109. DEPUTY SERGEANT LANCE MCLEAN MEMORIAL |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | HIGHWAY. (a) The portion of Loop 567 in Granbury between its |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | intersection with U.S. Highway 377 and its intersection with |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | Business Highway 377 is designated as the Deputy Sergeant Lance |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | McLean Memorial Highway. The designation is in addition to any |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | other designation. |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | (b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall: |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | (1) design and construct markers indicating the |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | designation as the Deputy Sergeant Lance McLean Memorial Highway |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | and any other appropriate information; and |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | (2) erect a marker at each end of the highway and at |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | appropriate intermediate sites along the highway. |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
