The bill relates to requiring the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board to maintain an inventory of postsecondary educational programs and services for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This analysis assumes that any costs for the Higher Education Coordinating Board and the Texas Education Agency to implement the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within current resources. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
