| 30 | 30 | | governed by the law as it existed on the date the proceeding was |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | commenced, and the former law is continued in effect for that |
|---|

| 33 | 33 | | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
