| 14 | 7 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
| 15 | 8 | SECTION 1. Section 18.069, Election Code, is amended to | |
| 16 | 9 | read as follows: | |
| 17 | 10 | Sec. 18.069. VOTING HISTORY. Not later than the 30th day | |
| 18 | 11 | after the date of the primary, runoff primary, or general election | |
| 19 | 12 | or any special election ordered by the governor, the registrar | |
| 20 | 13 | shall electronically submit to the secretary of state the record of | |
| 21 | 14 | each voter participating in the election. The record must include a | |
