104 AN ACT
115 relating to the repeal of obsolete laws governing county road
126 systems in certain counties.
137 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
148 SECTION 1. Chapter 300 (H.B. 490), Acts of the 52nd
159 Legislature, Regular Session, 1951 (Article 6812b, Vernon's Texas
1610 Civil Statutes), is repealed.
1711 SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives
1812 a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as
1913 provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this
2014 Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this
2115 Act takes effect September 1, 2015.
