| 24 | 7 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 25 | 8 | | SECTION 1. Subchapter B, Chapter 225, Transportation Code, |
|---|
| 26 | 9 | | is amended by adding Section 225.105 to read as follows: |
|---|
| 27 | 10 | | Sec. 225.105. GAME WARDEN WESLEY W. WAGSTAFF MEMORIAL |
|---|
| 28 | 11 | | HIGHWAY. (a) Farm-to-Market Road 1293 in Hardin County is |
|---|
| 29 | 12 | | designated as the Game Warden Wesley W. Wagstaff Memorial Highway. |
|---|
| 30 | 13 | | The designation is in addition to any other designation. |
|---|
| 31 | 14 | | (b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall: |
|---|
| 32 | 15 | | (1) design and construct markers indicating the |
|---|
| 33 | 16 | | designation as the Game Warden Wesley W. Wagstaff Memorial Highway |
|---|
| 34 | 17 | | and any other appropriate information; and |
|---|
| 35 | 18 | | (2) erect a marker at each end of the highway and at |
|---|
| 36 | 19 | | appropriate intermediate sites along the highway. |
|---|
| 37 | 20 | | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
