| 12 | 10 | SECTION 1. Article 59.06, Code of Criminal Procedure, is | |
| 13 | 11 | amended by adding Subsection (g-1) to read as follows: | |
| 14 | 12 | (g-1) Not later than February 1 of each year, the attorney | |
| 15 | 13 | general shall publish a report summarizing the results of the | |
| 16 | 14 | audits received during the preceding calendar year. The attorney | |
| 17 | 15 | general shall make the report available to the public on the | |
| 18 | 16 | attorney general's Internet website. | |
| 19 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
