 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
 AN ACT
 relating to access to certain information regarding the performance
 of public school campuses.
 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
 SECTION 1.  Subchapter L, Chapter 39, Education Code, is
 amended by adding Section 39.3621 to read as follows:
 Sec. 39.3621.  NOTICE ON CAMPUS WEBSITE. (a) Each campus
 shall make the following information available in a notice
 prominently displayed on the primary Internet web page of the
 campus:
 (1)  the performance rating of the campus under Section
 39.054;
 (2)  the Financial Allocation Study for Texas (FAST)
 rating of the campus, as determined by the comptroller;
 (3)  the maximum enrollment capacity of the campus and
 the number of students enrolled at the campus; and
 (4)  if the campus includes elementary grade levels,
 the percentage of students enrolled at the third grade level and the
 percentage of students enrolled at the fifth grade level who are
 performing at that grade level in reading and mathematics on the
 assessment instruments administered under Section 39.023.
 (b)  The commissioner shall adopt rules prescribing a
 uniform format that must be used by a school district for the notice
 required by this section.
 (c)  The notice required by this section may not include or
 be combined with any other information required by other law to be
 made available to parents and the public, including information in
 the campus report card required under Section 39.305 and the
 performance report required under Section 39.306.
 SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2015.
