| 13 | 13 | BICYCLISTS. | |
| 14 | 14 | SECTION 2. Sections 201.911(a) and (b), Transportation | |
| 15 | 15 | Code, are amended to read as follows: | |
| 16 | 16 | (a) In this section, "victim" means a person killed in a | |
| 17 | 17 | highway accident while operating or riding on a motorcycle or | |
| 18 | 18 | riding on a bicycle. | |
| 19 | 19 | (b) The commission by rule shall establish and administer a | |
| 20 | 20 | memorial sign program to publicly memorialize the victims of | |
| 21 | 21 | motorcycle and bicycle accidents. | |
| 22 | 22 | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
