| 12 | 12 | Sec. 2001.063. INTERLOCUTORY APPEAL. A state agency or an | |
| 13 | 13 | administrative law judge may not deny a request for a stay of | |
| 14 | 14 | proceedings in a contested case for which an interlocutory appeal | |
| 15 | 15 | has been filed. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
