| 12 | 12 | storage, processing, and disposal from an ocean-going vessel or | |
| 13 | 13 | other watercraft that generated the waste is considered to be waste | |
| 14 | 14 | that results from or is produced by the facility under section | |
| 15 | 15 | (a)(1 | |
| 16 | 16 | ). | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
