| 14 | 8 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 15 | 9 | | SECTION 1. Section 62.0121(d), Parks and Wildlife Code, is |
|---|
| 16 | 10 | | amended to read as follows: |
|---|
| 17 | 11 | | (d) The written agreement required under Subsection (c)(2) |

| 18 | 12 | | must: |
|---|
| 19 | 13 | | (1) contain the name, telephone number, and mailing |
|---|
| 20 | 14 | | address of the person allowed to hunt or engage in recreational |
|---|
| 21 | 15 | | shooting in a manner described by Subsection (b); |
|---|
| 22 | 16 | | (2) identify the property on either side of the |
|---|
| 23 | 17 | | property line crossed by the projectile; and |
|---|
| 24 | 18 | | (3) be signed by any person who owns the property on |
|---|
| 25 | 19 | | either side of the line crossed by the projectile. |
