| 11 | 11 | Sec. 54.104. PER DIEM. A director is entitled to receive a | |
| 12 | 12 | per diem of not more than $100 a day for each day the director | |
| 13 | 13 | actually spends performing the duties of a director. The per diem | |
| 14 | 14 | may not exceed $4,800 a year. | |
| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
