| 14 | 14 | (b) Money deposited to the credit of the motorcycle | |
| 15 | 15 | education fund account may be used only to defray the cost of: | |
| 16 | 16 | (1) administering the motorcycle operator training | |
| 17 | 17 | and safety program; and | |
| 18 | 18 | (2) conducting the motorcyclist safety and share the | |
| 19 | 19 | road campaign described by Section 201.621. | |
| 20 | 20 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
