| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Priscilla Cruz was honored with an Outstanding |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Established in 1969, the Behavioral Health Center |

| 9 | 10 | | provides services to area residents who struggle with mental |
|---|
| 10 | 11 | | illness and/or intellectual and developmental difficulties; in |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | times of need, citizens of Nueces County have a trusted place to |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | which they can turn, thanks to the commitment to excellence |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | demonstrated by the center's staff and team of medical specialists; |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Cruz has been with BHCNC since December 2, 2013; |

| 16 | 17 | | as the veterans service representative, she works to ensure that |

| 17 | 18 | | military service members and their families have access to |
|---|
| 18 | 19 | | beneficial programs and services; she is involved with myriad local |
|---|
| 19 | 20 | | events, coalitions, and committees, further highlighting her |
|---|
| 20 | 21 | | devotion to our nation's veterans; generous with her time and |

| 21 | 22 | | talents, she is a great asset to BHCNC and to her associates; and |

| 22 | 23 | | WHEREAS, The Behavioral Health Center benefits immensely |

| 23 | 24 | | from the efforts of Priscilla Cruz, and it is a pleasure to join in |
