| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Billie Padilla was honored with an Outstanding |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Established in 1969, the Behavioral Health Center |

| 9 | 10 | | provides services to area residents who struggle with mental |
|---|
| 10 | 11 | | illness and/or intellectual and developmental difficulties; in |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | times of need, citizens of Nueces County have a trusted place to |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | which they can turn, thanks to the commitment to excellence |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | demonstrated by the center's staff and team of medical specialists; |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Padilla has been with BHCNC since November 24, |

| 16 | 17 | | 2009; as a contracted custodian, she works to provide services to |
|---|
| 17 | 18 | | the Corpus Christi Army Depot of Naval Air Station CC and to deliver |
|---|
| 18 | 19 | | training and employment opportunities for disabled individuals; |

| 19 | 20 | | her exceptional skill as an instructor has led to improved |
|---|
| 20 | 21 | | productivity, and she is a great asset to the organization and to |
|---|
| 21 | 22 | | her associates; and |
|---|
| 22 | 23 | | WHEREAS, The Behavioral Health Center benefits immensely |

| 23 | 24 | | from the efforts of Billie Padilla, and it is a pleasure to join in |

| 24 | 25 | | honoring her for her dedicated service; now, therefore, be it |

| 25 | 26 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
