H.R. No. 1162 R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, Billie Padilla was honored with an Outstanding Employee Award from the Behavioral Health Center of Nueces County on February 25, 2015; and WHEREAS, Established in 1969, the Behavioral Health Center provides services to area residents who struggle with mental illness and/or intellectual and developmental difficulties; in times of need, citizens of Nueces County have a trusted place to which they can turn, thanks to the commitment to excellence demonstrated by the center's staff and team of medical specialists; and WHEREAS, Ms. Padilla has been with BHCNC since November 24, 2009; as a contracted custodian, she works to provide services to the Corpus Christi Army Depot of Naval Air Station CC and to deliver training and employment opportunities for disabled individuals; her exceptional skill as an instructor has led to improved productivity, and she is a great asset to the organization and to her associates; and WHEREAS, The Behavioral Health Center benefits immensely from the efforts of Billie Padilla, and it is a pleasure to join in honoring her for her dedicated service; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas Legislature hereby congratulate Billie Padilla on earning an Outstanding Employee Award from the Behavioral Health Center of Nueces County and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success; and, be it further RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be prepared for Ms. Padilla as an expression of high regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
