| 6 | 6 | WHEREAS, Stuart Parsons Jr. of Waco has set an inspiring | |

| 9 | 9 | WHEREAS, The owner of BSR Cable Park, Mr. Parsons presented | |
| 10 | 10 | the YMCA with a check for $25,000 on December 17, 2014, in memory of | |
| 11 | 11 | SirLemuel Calhoun, a 12-year-old boy who drowned at the park in | |
| 12 | 12 | June; the money will fund swimming lessons and swim safety programs | |
| 13 | 13 | in the East Waco community, and BSR additionally plans to build a | |
| 14 | 14 | splash park area for younger children in SirLemuel's name; and | |
| 15 | 15 | WHEREAS, Through his admirable support, Stuart Parsons has | |
| 16 | 16 | made a meaningful difference in the Waco community, and his | |
| 17 | 17 | noteworthy contribution is indeed deserving of recognition; now, | |
| 18 | 18 | therefore, be it | |
| 19 | 19 | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas | |
| 20 | 20 | Legislature hereby commend Stuart Parsons Jr. for his donation to | |
| 21 | 21 | the Doris Miller Family YMCA and extend to him sincere best wishes | |
| 22 | 22 | for the future; and, be it further | |
| 23 | 23 | RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | |
