| 11 | 12 | | WHEREAS, This esteemed woman is the beloved matriarch of a |

| 12 | 13 | | fine family that has grown to include her three children, Lawrine |

| 13 | 14 | | Battise, Mavis Marroquin and her husband, Joe, and Wayne Bullock |

| 14 | 15 | | and his wife, Genny, as well as her 14 grandchildren, 35 |

| 15 | 16 | | great-grandchildren, and 42 great-great-grandchildren; and |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Dorcas Bullock is an inspiration to all who have the |

| 17 | 18 | | good fortune to know her, and her 95th birthday offers a welcome |

| 18 | 19 | | opportunity to remind her of the special place she holds in the |
