| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Cynthia Ann Najera has greatly benefited the youth |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, The mother of two daughters educated in Socorro ISD |

| 9 | 10 | | schools, Ms. Najera is a former parent liaison for Horizon Heights |

| 10 | 11 | | Elementary School and volunteer coordinator for Horizon Heights and |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | Americas High School; she currently serves as a district volunteer |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | and is also a member of the Kiwanis Club of Horizon City; and |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Cynthia Ann Najera has demonstrated a steadfast |

| 14 | 15 | | commitment to building a bright and promising future for local |

| 15 | 16 | | children, and in so doing, she has earned the deep respect and |

| 16 | 17 | | appreciation of her fellow Texans; now, therefore, be it |

| 17 | 18 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |

| 18 | 19 | | Legislature hereby honor Cynthia Ann Najera for her work with |

| 19 | 20 | | Socorro ISD and extend to her sincere best wishes for the future; |
