| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Jesse and Carolyn Hines of Commerce celebrated their |

| 7 | 8 | | reflect with joy on the rewarding relationship they have shared; |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, On that memorable day in 1965, Mr. and Mrs. Hines |

| 10 | 11 | | exchanged the vows of matrimony, and over the course of their |

| 11 | 12 | | marriage, they have found in each other a loving life partner; and |

| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Hines count among their blessings a |

| 13 | 14 | | fine family that includes their children, James, Randy, and Shonda |

| 14 | 15 | | Hines, as well as their six grandchildren and a great-grandchild, |
