| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Cletus and Betty Wark of West University Place are |

| 7 | 8 | | they may indeed reflect with joy on the rewarding relationship they |

|---|
| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, On that memorable day in 1949, Mr. and Mrs. Wark |

| 10 | 11 | | exchanged the vows of matrimony in Houston, and over the course of |

| 11 | 12 | | their marriage, they have found in each other a loving life partner; |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, For more than six and a half decades, Cletus and |
