| 11 | 12 | | Paso Community College Board of Trustees since 2006; he has chaired |

| 13 | 14 | | has further benefited one of the state's small business advisory |

| 14 | 15 | | committees and the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, which he |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, This distinguished gentleman attended both EPCC and |

| 21 | 22 | | City of El Paso International Bridge Commission, and the El Paso |

| 23 | 24 | | WHEREAS, Art Fierro has greatly benefited the students of El |

| 24 | 25 | | Paso Community College, and in so doing, he has garnered the lasting |
