| 9 | 10 | | Beach, California, to Charles A. Winn and Milla Blanche Nelson |

| 10 | 11 | | Winn; he graduated from William Adams High School in Alice, Texas, |

| 11 | 12 | | in 1945, and he went on to attend Texas A&I University at Kingsville |

| 12 | 13 | | and The University of Texas at Austin; and |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Winn shared more than 64 years of marriage with |

| 14 | 15 | | Patsy H. Brown, and he was the proud father of five children, |

| 15 | 16 | | Stephanie Winn, C. A. Winn, Tom Winn, Southern Winn, and the late |
