10 | 11 | | Winn; he graduated from William Adams High School in Alice, Texas, |

11 | 12 | | in 1945, and he went on to attend Texas A&I University at Kingsville |

13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Winn shared more than 64 years of marriage with |
