| 10 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Salinas excelled throughout the year, averaging |

| 11 | 12 | | 16.3 points and 7.2 rebounds per game as she helped the Texans make |

| 12 | 13 | | their first playoff appearance as a Class 6A team; she was also |

| 13 | 14 | | selected for the 28-6A All-District team; and |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, The daughter of Juan and Ana Salinas, Victoria |

| 15 | 16 | | Salinas is an accomplished student, ranked in the top 10 percent of |

| 16 | 17 | | her junior class; she is a member of the National Honor Society and |

| 17 | 18 | | the Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica, and in college she plans to major |

| 18 | 19 | | in physical therapy and sports medicine; and |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, The All-South Texas award provides fitting |
