| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Since its founding in 1950, Tropicana Homes has been |

| 13 | 14 | | owned and operated by the Bowling family, and the company has built |

| 14 | 15 | | more than 10,000 homes, as well as apartments and parks in the El |

| 15 | 16 | | Paso area; the business has earned a number of awards through the |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Enterprises that employ area residents and |

| 20 | 21 | | contribute to the economic vitality of their region are essential |

| 21 | 22 | | to the prosperity of the Lone Star State, and Tropicana Homes is |

| 22 | 23 | | most deserving of this prestigious recognition as a testament to |
