| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, A number of noteworthy Houston area students are |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Recognizing young men and women who have |

| 9 | 10 | | distinguished themselves through their academic pursuits, the |

| 10 | 11 | | awards were established in memory of Reginald Keith Guillory, a |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | graduate of Forest Brook High School and an active member of Mount |

| 12 | 13 | | Pleasant Baptist Church; and |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, This year's honorees are Ivori Blow, Rachel |

| 14 | 15 | | Cockrell, Kianna Hawkins, and Sapphire Scott; and |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, These outstanding young Texans have demonstrated a |

| 16 | 17 | | commendable dedication to their studies, and they are a source of |

| 17 | 18 | | great pride to their families and peers; now, therefore, be it |
