| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Jake Kahla received well-deserved recognition when |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, The son of proud parents Joe Glenn and Karen Kahla, |

| 9 | 10 | | Jake Kahla has distinguished himself through his involvement in a |

| 10 | 11 | | variety of sports; in addition to participating in football and |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | basketball, he is a member of the JJHS track and field team, and he |

| 12 | 13 | | recently placed first in the pole vault and second in the high jump |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | events at the district track meet; and |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, This young athlete's skill and determination are an |

| 15 | 16 | | inspiration to his teammates, his coaches, and his fellow students, |

| 16 | 17 | | and he may take justifiable pride in his accomplishments; now, |
