| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, The Kiwanis Club of Waco Seniors has made a positive |

| 7 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Dedicated to changing the world one child and one |

| 8 | 9 | | community at a time, the organization supports a variety of |
|---|
| 9 | 10 | | worthwhile initiatives to benefit area youth; and |
|---|
| 10 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Among those individuals who are active in the club |

| 11 | 12 | | are a number of distinguished veterans who ably served this state |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | and nation at home and abroad and who continue to serve their fellow |

| 13 | 14 | | citizens today through their selfless volunteerism; and |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, The Kiwanis Club of Waco Seniors is committed to |

| 15 | 16 | | bettering the world in which we live, and its members may take |

| 16 | 17 | | justifiable pride in their shared legacy of good works; now, |
