| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, In the not-too-distant past, Mr. Bell had the good |

| 13 | 14 | | fortune to make the acquaintance of a wonderful young woman, Brooke |

| 14 | 15 | | Karoline Mosley, and the couple began dating on July 11, 2013; since |

| 15 | 16 | | that time, whether hunting, fishing, or just spending time |

| 16 | 17 | | together, the sun shines a little brighter and life is that much |

| 17 | 18 | | sweeter for this devoted pair now that they have found one another; |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Throughout the course of Mr. Bell and Ms. Mosley's |

| 22 | 23 | | anniversary roasting marshmallows over an open fire and dancing |
