| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Jacob Steele Yarnell of Austin has been accepted to |

| 7 | 8 | | WHEREAS, A senior at the Liberal Arts and Science Academy in |

| 8 | 9 | | the Austin Independent School District, Mr. Yarnell is a member of |

| 9 | 10 | | the National Honor Society and the United States Soccer Development |

| 10 | 11 | | Academy; his prowess on the soccer field earned him District 26-4A |

| 11 | 12 | | Defensive Player of the Year honors for 2012-2013, and he will |

| 12 | 13 | | continue to play for the USAFA; and |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, In all his endeavors, Mr. Yarnell enjoys the love |

| 14 | 15 | | and support of his parents, William and Christina Yarnell; he is |

| 15 | 16 | | also the proud older brother of Nathaniel, William, and |

| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, With his admission to the Air Force Academy, Jacob |
