| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Civil Air Patrol Cadet Stephen Parker of Waco has |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Named for the first woman engineer in research and |

| 10 | 11 | | Force Air Technical Service Command, Mary Feik, this notable |

| 11 | 12 | | achievement is presented to CAP cadets who have demonstrated |

| 12 | 13 | | proficiency in a number of areas, including leadership, aerospace |

| 13 | 14 | | dimensions, and physical fitness; and |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, The son of Andria Parker, this fine young Texan |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Cadet Stephen Parker has shown discipline and a |
