| 11 | 12 | | WHEREAS, The distinctive recipes featured at Miss Mae's |

| 12 | 13 | | Bar-B-Que originated with the grandmother of owner Steve Dunks; |

| 13 | 14 | | Miss Mae prepared barbecue for her family and the hands who worked |

| 14 | 15 | | on her ranch, and she went on to open the Red Barn Pit Bar-B-Que on |
