| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Marc Christian Carrera Villaceran is graduating as |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Earning the title of salutatorian requires not only |

| 10 | 11 | | highest academic standards; Mr. Villaceran has demonstrated a |

| 11 | 12 | | thorough understanding of a wide range of subjects, with his |

| 12 | 13 | | favorites being science and English; in addition, he participated |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | in numerous extracurricular activities, including science club, |
|---|

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, The son of Conrado and Marites Villaceran, |
