45 R E S O L U T I O N
56 WHEREAS, Kyle Eugene Barton is graduating as the salutatorian
67 of the senior class of Banquete High School in 2015; and
78 WHEREAS, Earning the title of salutatorian requires not only
89 intellect and aptitude, but also four years of dedication to the
910 highest academic standards; Mr. Barton has demonstrated a thorough
1011 understanding of a wide range of subjects, with his favorites being
1112 mathematics, science, and history; in addition, he participated in
1213 numerous extracurricular activities, including FFA, robotics, and
1314 National Honor Society; and
1415 WHEREAS, The son of Erick and Barbie Barton, Mr. Barton plans
1516 to continue his education by enrolling at Texas A&M University to
1617 study mechanical and biomedical engineering; and
1718 WHEREAS, Throughout his academic career, Kyle Eugene Barton
1819 has earned the respect and admiration of his teachers and
1920 classmates, and his exceptional scholastic ability, hard work, and
2021 commitment to excellence have opened the way to limitless
2122 opportunities for this remarkable young Texan; now, therefore, be
2223 it
2324 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
2425 Legislature hereby congratulate Kyle Eugene Barton, salutatorian
2526 of the Class of 2015 at Banquete High School, and extend to him
2627 sincere best wishes for continued success as he begins the next
2728 exciting chapter of his life; and, be it further
2829 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
2930 prepared for Mr. Barton as an expression of high regard by the Texas
3031 House of Representatives.
