 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, Kyle Eugene Barton is graduating as the salutatorian
 of the senior class of Banquete High School in 2015; and
 WHEREAS, Earning the title of salutatorian requires not only
 intellect and aptitude, but also four years of dedication to the
 highest academic standards; Mr. Barton has demonstrated a thorough
 understanding of a wide range of subjects, with his favorites being
 mathematics, science, and history; in addition, he participated in
 numerous extracurricular activities, including FFA, robotics, and
 National Honor Society; and
 WHEREAS, The son of Erick and Barbie Barton, Mr. Barton plans
 to continue his education by enrolling at Texas A&M University to
 study mechanical and biomedical engineering; and
 WHEREAS, Throughout his academic career, Kyle Eugene Barton
 has earned the respect and admiration of his teachers and
 classmates, and his exceptional scholastic ability, hard work, and
 commitment to excellence have opened the way to limitless
 opportunities for this remarkable young Texan; now, therefore, be
 it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
 Legislature hereby congratulate Kyle Eugene Barton, salutatorian
 of the Class of 2015 at Banquete High School, and extend to him
 sincere best wishes for continued success as he begins the next
 exciting chapter of his life; and, be it further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for Mr. Barton as an expression of high regard by the Texas
 House of Representatives.
