 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, Justine M. Borchard is graduating as the
 valedictorian of the senior class of Calallen High School in Corpus
 Christi in 2015; and
 WHEREAS, Earning the title of valedictorian requires not only
 intellect and aptitude, but also four years of dedication to the
 highest academic standards; Ms. Borchard has demonstrated a
 thorough understanding of a wide range of subjects, with her
 favorites being mathematics, science, and art; in addition, she
 participated in numerous extracurricular activities, including
 National Honor Society, Earth Club, and the Fellowship of Christian
 Athletes; and
 WHEREAS, The daughter of Ralph and Alicia Borchard,
 Ms. Borchard plans to continue her education by enrolling at The
 University of Texas at Dallas to study biomedical engineering; and
 WHEREAS, Throughout her academic career, Justine M. Borchard
 has earned the respect and admiration of her teachers and
 classmates, and her exceptional scholastic ability, hard work, and
 commitment to excellence have opened the way to limitless
 opportunities for this remarkable young Texan; now, therefore, be
 it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
 Legislature hereby congratulate Justine M. Borchard, valedictorian
 of the Class of 2015 at Calallen High School in Corpus Christi, and
 extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success as she
 begins the next exciting chapter of her life; and, be it further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for Ms. Borchard as an expression of high regard by the
 Texas House of Representatives.
