| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Savannah Harper is graduating as the valedictorian |

| 9 | 10 | | highest academic standards; Ms. Harper has demonstrated a thorough |

| 10 | 11 | | understanding of a wide range of subjects, with her favorites being |

| 11 | 12 | | mathematics and science; in addition, she participated in numerous |

| 12 | 13 | | extracurricular activities, including student council, National |
|---|

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, The daughter of Kimberley Harper-Garcia and Joseph |

| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Throughout her academic career, Savannah Harper has |
