| 10 | 11 | | students; teams compete to find innovative solutions to a variety |

| 11 | 12 | | of challenges; and |

| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Taking first place in "Feary Tales," the event's |

| 13 | 14 | | fine arts category, the Mystical Mustangs defeated 11 other teams |

| 14 | 15 | | from across the Lone Star State to qualify for the Global Finals in |

| 15 | 16 | | Knoxville, Tennessee, on May 21-22; and |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, The talented group, which received valuable |

| 17 | 18 | | guidance from teachers Shelly Barba and Michael Padron, includes |

| 18 | 19 | | Ximena Villanueva, Omar Ortiz, Alexander Jones, Joshua Hernandez, |

| 19 | 20 | | Evelyn Montoya, and Laura Lugo; and |

| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, These notable young Texans are a source of great |

| 21 | 22 | | pride to the Gonzalez Elementary School community, and it is indeed |

| 22 | 23 | | a pleasure to honor the team on its outstanding accomplishment; |
