12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Taking first place in "Feary Tales," the event's |

13 | 14 | | fine arts category, the Mystical Mustangs defeated 11 other teams |

14 | 15 | | from across the Lone Star State to qualify for the Global Finals in |

15 | 16 | | Knoxville, Tennessee, on May 21-22; and |

16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, The talented group, which received valuable |

17 | 18 | | guidance from teachers Shelly Barba and Michael Padron, includes |
