11 | 12 | | accurately determine and calculate a number of factors and consider |

12 | 13 | | their impact on the suitability of a site for building a home; and |

13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, The Hondo team included Max Bales, Aaron Oefinger, |

14 | 15 | | Wesley Rogge, Ellie Jones, and Coye Rosenbaum, and they were ably |

15 | 16 | | guided by their advisors, Tim Tatsch, Rodger Welch, and Warren |

17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, With their fine showing at the National Land and |
