| 10 | 11 | | Ireland; Ms. Burke will guide eight of the country's top amateur |

| 11 | 12 | | players at the 2016 contest held at Dun Laoghaire Golf Club in |

| 12 | 13 | | Dublin, where the U.S. team will take on its European counterparts |

| 13 | 14 | | for the right to take home the Curtis Cup trophy; and |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Burke has enjoyed a successful career as an |

| 15 | 16 | | amateur golfer, having competed in three U.S. Women's Opens and |

| 16 | 17 | | dozens of other United States Golf Association tournaments; she |

| 17 | 18 | | finished as runner-up at the 1997 U.S. Women's Amateur, and she has |

| 18 | 19 | | reached the semifinals of the U.S. Women's Mid-Amateur on three |

| 19 | 20 | | separate occasions; moreover, she has claimed numerous tournament |

| 20 | 21 | | championships at the Southern Women's Amateur, Texas Women's |

| 21 | 22 | | Amateur, and Greater Houston Women's City Amateur; a vital member |

| 22 | 23 | | of the Team USA 1998 Curtis Cup-winning squad, she joins an elite |

| 28 | 29 | | WHEREAS, Robin Burke is an accomplished amateur golfer who |

| 29 | 30 | | has contributed greatly to the rich golfing tradition of the Lone |

| 30 | 31 | | Star State, and she is indeed deserving of this prestigious new |
