| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, With a membership that ranges in age from 18 to 40, |

| 9 | 10 | | the Collin County Young Republicans is a volunteer service |

| 10 | 11 | | organization for young conservative professionals dedicated to |

| 11 | 12 | | advancing the principles of the Republican Party; and |

| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, These motivated men and women have worked tirelessly |

| 13 | 14 | | in behalf of candidates for local, state, and national office, and |

| 14 | 15 | | they have helped to promote political awareness and involvement in |
